Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be completed without penalty by email, text, or phone call.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, failure to provide access to the vehicle or property, being turned away, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Sliq Mobile Detailing must cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the appointment will be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
1.Boat detailing services require a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the service. If an appointment is cancelled with insufficient notice, or if the boat is not accessible at the scheduled time, the deposit may be forfeited. For services performed at marinas or private docks, customers must provide access to a working water supply and electrical power outlet. If water or power access is not available at the service location, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
2.Boat detailing services are typically performed outdoors at marinas, docks, or waterfront properties around Lake Lanier. Because of this, Sliq Mobile Detailing is not responsible for environmental conditions that may occur after the service has been completed, including but not limited to pollen, dust, leaves, debris, water spray, or other contaminants that may settle on the boat after detailing. These factors are outside of our control and may occur shortly after completion of the service.
3.Customers are responsible for ensuring the boat is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time. If interior detailing is scheduled, personal belongings should be removed prior to arrival. If the boat is covered, locked, or otherwise inaccessible, the appointment may be rescheduled.
4.For boats with heavy oxidation, staining, or long-term neglect, results may vary depending on the condition of the gel coat and surfaces. While we use professional marine detailing techniques to significantly improve the appearance of the boat, we cannot guarantee full restoration of severely damaged or degraded surfaces. In some cases, deeper restoration processes such as compounding or gel coat repair may be required.
5.Gel coat restoration and polishing services are designed to improve gloss and clarity, but results are dependent on the condition and thickness of the existing gel coat. Boats with significant oxidation or wear may show improvement but may not achieve a like-new finish. Additionally, ceramic coatings and protective sealants enhance gloss and protection but do not permanently prevent future oxidation or environmental exposure.
6.Boat detailing services may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. Our goal is to ensure safe working conditions and the best possible results for your boat.
